In no event will RATOC Systems, any other licensors or their respective developers, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies or suppliers be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages ( including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, other pecuniary loss and the like ) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software or accompanying written materials even if RATOC Systems or other companies have been advised of the possibility of such damages. RATOC Systems, Inc.'s liability to you for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, will be limited to the money paid for the product that caused the damages.
